The North East Cluster PEACE III Action Plan is available to download here

Under PEACE III the North East PEACE III Partnership is a Delivery Agent rather than a funding body. The Action Plan does not contain a small grants element, however some of the individual programmes will have a “resource allocation" which will allow the end user groups to access resources to help them carry out local projects as part of the wider programme of activity.

Delivery of the Action Plan

The majority of the strategic programmes within the Action Plan will be delivered by a self forming consortium of delivery agents who will formally bid on a competitive basis for the delivery of the programmes.  The self forming consortium delivery approach is a very deliberate attempt by the North East Cluster to encourage large and small organisations, including the public, private and community sectors to come together and bid for programmes which will start the process of relationship building across the Council areas.

Click here for detail on programmes open for tender.

Register of interest forms from organisations/individuals/groups interested in working as part of the wider consortium of delivery agents have now been received.

A bid preparation  programme will be rolled out to facilitate the formation of the delivery consortia and to deliver a series of courses and ongoing developmental support to all consortia and their individual members on engagement, reconciliation, communication and mediation techniques for working with disadvantaged groups, areas and ethnic minority groups in relation to reconciliation, racism and sectarianism.

Further detail on the commencement of the bid preparation programme will be issued to groups/ individuals and organisations who submitted a register of interest.  If you have not submitted a register of interest but would be interested in participating, please contact the PEACE III Partnership office.

How to access support

Each programme within the Action Plan is designed to be strategic in nature and will be delivered across the cluster area.
The appointed delivery consortia will be responsible for rising awareness of each programme and communicating the benefits to all potential interests.

If you have a specific interest in participating in any particular programme please contact the PEACE III Partnership Office on 028 70347034.
