How to request information
The Freedom of Information Act requires that all requests are made in writing, including email.
Requests may be made to the relevant department at the undernoted address.
All requests should include the following details:
- Name of applicant
- Postal address of applicant
- Full details of the information requested (please be as specific as possible)
- E-mail address for correspondence (if applicable)
